You can do a lot of stuff to help your eyes! :D My friends want to be pilots for NASA and they do these exercises which slightly improve their eyesight and they're really far away from the requirements. Then when they're older they're going to get laser eye surgery :D 54
*Nuh uh sound* They scan your eyes to check for laser eye surgery, the selection process is extremely challenging.
They won't take candidates and spend 2million$ training them if theres a chance their eye work could deteriate. :/ Its the harsh reality of it. The eye exercise thing is interesting though!
