Okay, so heres the thing:
I never got the confirmation email thing. And, I have so many points, I should defiantly be ranks higher. And I want to know if there is a way I can recieve the e-mail again, because I cannot figure out how to get it again.

If you need to rank up, I'm pretty sure you have to refer a friend first. Thats what I had to do. If you don't refer a friend, you can't become a professional. If you referred a friend, check into what happened there.
