I'm not in any way saying this is what happened to you, but I've noticed that most of the time you think you're getting crappy advice, you think so because its not what you want to hear. Either way, not a whole lot I can tell you. Teenagers aren't always the best at giving advice, if you want professional advice, a teen forum site really isn't the place for you to go and at multiple places on the site its stated that there is no intent on being a substitute for professional advice, but if you feel its no longer beneficial to you, then by all means, do what you have to do.
