okay im on ortho tri cyclen low and i just got to the iron pills which are teh last week and usually i start my period before i reach them...and i havent started it yet. me and my boyfreind had sex without a condom and ive been on the pill for almost 2 months so i thought it was okay. is it possible i could be. or is it jus tmy period probably late. idk its kinda bothering me tho b.c usually by now i'd have cramps or something

You're supposed to be on the pill for 3-4 months AT LEAST before you have unprotected sex so the pill can take time to adjust to your body. You should probably take a test.

your period is probably just a little late. it's normal to get cramps before you have your period.

Stress can sometimes be a cause of a late period. Don't jump the gun and start worrying too soon. How late are you, hun?

Have you skipped any of the pills or forgotten to take them one morning? That could be why. If you're stressed or not eating properly, it could just be late. Among other various reasons. Just wait a week if it's still not, take a test.

It's possible. I'm on the same bc and I get my period on the third day of the placebos every 4 weeks, pretty much to the hour. I'd take a test just to be sure.

Other medications sometimes can throw it off.
Also. Two months isn't long enough.

I'm on tri-cyclen lo and my period usually starts three days after I go on the placebos. I really don't think you should worry until you're through the week and your period still hasn't come. The first couple months your body is still getting used to the change and your period may take a few cycles to regulate itself.
