All attacks against reason are self-refuting, since it requires that the position that it is reasonable to deny reasonableness. Pointing out self-refuting statements presupposes reason, so you are just declaring your own argument false.
Foundationalism and basic beliefs are compatible with reason.
It is not reasonable to presume that reason is capable of discerning truth. Such a presumption is a perfectly valid belief, but its does not pertain to reason.

Here is an analogy to your argument: Jo: Tim said that we should believe everything in Tim's book 'how to give all your money to Tim'. Moridin: But wait, it also says in that book that Tim is lying to you so that you will want to give him money and that he is laughing in your face hahaha. Jo: Either you accept that the book is true because Tim says so in the book or you accept the book is true because the book happens to admit it is all lies. Either way the book is true! HAHA Moridin. You believe Tim too. Either that or you are mad and just contradicting yourself.
