So this forum is to help yourself and help others so don't tell me this doesn't belong here. Anyway, since the high is momentary, I really see no point in doing it since it will wear out and in fact it damages your health throughout the years.
This person told me that people who smoke weed live to be more relaxed but then I'm like... "how?" because the high goes away. I guess some people will think "well, the memories last forever" or something like that.
I really worry about my children doing drugs too..

First of all, the high from marijuana lasts between 2-4 hours. That is hardly momentary.
Second, that is the POINT. No one wants to be high forever, that defeats the purpose.
Third. Your viewpoint on drugs is your own, I will not try to change it. If you see no benefit in them [by the way, research Dr. Donald Tashkin, Marijuana causes little to no damage to your body.] Then don't take them, that is fine.
The reason people smoke is because of the experience, or the relaxation, or the perspective on life.
[Of course, some just use it to get change their state of mind and laugh like hyenas.]
The high might go away, but you don't forget any of it.
Eh, I just don't see your point.
