I asked a mod to address david about the guidelines. Guess what? The mod stopped answering my questions and ignored me.
I have also heard that David rarely answers pms. So. How would that be useful?

Yeah it does. Why not add an extra administrator or something; it's clear that whatever-his-name-is whos' in charge probably doesn't have much time for work or a life, so there should be another one so the first one should get some time off. Give them shifts; they are providing us with a service.
