Alright, a WHILE ago I made a topic asking to help me lose weight, and I talked to Latin Muscle who offered advice. At the beginning of Freshman year I weighed in 210, by November I was 180, then by June I was weighing in 160. While I still have toning to do, I wanted to personally thank him for his help, and yes I know this could've been a PM, but I really appreciate the help, and I think he deserves a post.
