for the past week or two i have been trying not to eat. well to day i had the most food i have had in a long time and i feel like shit because of it. i just cant enjoy food anymore i dont want to be like this i just dont know what to do anymore.

You shouldn't be trying to get food completely out of your diet. Try eating healthy foods! Try to start eating again with something light like soup, lettuce, crackers or some toast.

just eat healthy food but like slowly start eating. don't just eat a bunch of food at once but have a little bit for a few days then when you get use to that have a little bit more each day and so on
