I hate getting so depressed so easily...I was so worried about my fiance and I talked to her today, and she stopped talking to me with me wondering what was wrong...I can't stop crying, so I apologize if this don't make sense...I'm basically typing without seeing the screen...I just want the pain to end...

If you're getting depressed so easily, then there's probably something lacking in your life. Probably to do with basic emotional needs not being fulfilled, and whatnot. So what you need to do is take a few weeks to clear your head and think all this out, then hit the underlying problems.
