mums been with this guy apparently for 3yrs but us kids have only know him for coming up to 2yrs in sept when he moved in. He's just got divorced from hiss ex and has now proposed to mum. i'm not his biggest fan but because of what i've been through she's not letting me say my opinion on it. Should i just shut up and smile for them?

unless what you've been through has something relative to him. Yes. You should shut up and be happy for them.
Why wouldnt you want your mum to be happy?
