Use lotion. I think they make certain lotions to make them less notice able. I have the same problem. My friend bought me some stuff from Avon. Its called Super Shape. You could try it

I have some too from growing taller too fast, don't worry. You find a good guy and he won't care. Nothing makes them completly go away except surgery. I hear though if you are young new skin growth can fade out the old.

but then i lost the weight. i'm 5'4" - 5'6". i weigh average, 120. i have stretch marks on my thighs and boobs. i makes me feel bad, because i can't wear shorts and i can't wear shorts i want to! 
i also have stretch marks on my hips. can anyone help!?
