I'm guessing you recently broke up with your girlfriend (from the looks of your username)? The problem seems to be that you were too dependent on her, and now that she's no longer a part of your life, you feel like you have nothing to live for. Instead of regretting your mistakes/actions, start by taking advantage of your newfound freedom to do things you rarely found the time to do.
