I doubt theres a way. But if you delete something and it goes in your recycle bin, and then you empty your recycle bin. is there any way you can recover those files ?

Yesum, unless it's acutally overwritten at the sector level, u can use a file recovery program designed for deleted files. They have some that are free, most better ones you have to pay for but can get trial versions. Take note of your file system- NTFS or FAT32.

It would really help if I knew what you're talking about, but I don't.
Laymen's terms please ? hah

When a file is "recycled", windows actually just ignores it, so it remains on the hard drive (invisible) until it is eventually overwritten.

When you download these kinds of programs they come in two types, because Windows has used two types of File systems. You find out what you have by going into My Computer, right-clicking on your hard drive (usually C:), selecting "Properties" and see if you have NTFS or FAT under "File System"

These vendors offer good programs: (you want deleted data or file recovery)

pm me if you need me to explain how this works..

Thanks. That makes sense.
But I found this

and I'm just going with what it says to do and see if I could find my files.
