windows explorer has not responding.

When I try to open any video or movie, a error message come on the screen.

Try firefox... Has many plugins that allow you to watch mant types of Videos or try adding Plugins into your current internet Program

Are you actually talking about Internet explorer or Windows explorer?

One is a web browser, the other is part of Windows. You can't really play videos in explorer (well, you can, but I doubt that is what it is).

OK, and the error message is?

Also, It has to be said, I have found current VLC to have stability issues under Windows.

My problem has been resolved.
After update of windows vista and scanning with Malwarebytes, my problem has solved.
