In my effort to update the LiveWire Cook Book I have realized that it's much too much for me to handle myself, so I am reaching out to you: For every recipe that you find on LiveWire that is not yet added to the cook book, I will give you 5 points. (This means that one recipe link will get you 5 points. Two recipes 10. 5 recipes 25. Etc!) Disclaimers/rules: *Recipes posted after the date that this contest starts are not eligible for points. *To be eligible for the points, all recipes must be linked to using this form: [ url ]Recipe Name[ /url ] [ [ m ] Member Name [ /m ] ] *Only recipes not previously posted in the LW Cook Book will be eligible for points. *Recipes posted by other members as entries to this contest are not eligible for points (so each recipe on LW may only get 5 points. Multiple members may not get points for the same recipe). *When posting multiple recipe enteries, make sure to categorize them: Breakfast; Salads, Small Meals, and Lunch; Dinner and Main Meals; Fillings and Breads; Desserts; Drinks. The person who gives me the most eligible links will also receive an $8 donation! Contest will run through today (May 6) until June 17 (six weeks), unless otherwise noted. All points and donations will be given at the contest end, unless otherwise noted. There were two winners for the donation! It was a tie: Music2Live Pretty Thin Both with 6 links. Congrats! Enjoy your donation status! Post edited at 1:48 pm on July 2, 2009 by JennyColada

What's to stop people just going on to a recipe website and copy/pasting all the recipes they can? Or is that encouraged?

Please read the Disclaimers/Rules. If two members (or multiple members) give the same link as an entry, only the first member to do so will get the points (and thus the entry). Post edited at 10:07 am on May 26, 2009 by Spice

Does the recipe have to come from a link? Can it be one that you make yourself, not from the interent?

Have either of you read the LiveWire Cook Book yet? I suggest that you do, since there are some awesome recipes. What I am trying to do, is to update the first page of the LW Cook Book, the one that gives link to all of the recipes. Since there are already SO many recipes posted on LW, it is hard for me to be able to search for them to put them on the first page. As mentioned previously: *Only recipes posted on LiveWire BEFORE this contest started are eligible for points, so you are more than welcome to post your recipes on the LiveWire Cook Book, but they will not count towards entries in this contest. *Your ENTRY to the contest IS the link to the recipe (since that is what I am trying to update, the links).

WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH BERRIES Try this very light and refreshing dessert. It is so quick to prepare! Use a variety of berries alone or in combination. When fresh berries are not available, substitute frozen berries that have been thawed. This recipe is also a good choice for a diabetic menu. 1 small box (1 ounce) sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding 2 cups nonfat milk 2 cups nonfat whipped topping 2 cups fresh berries (or frozen, thawed) such as raspberries, blueberries, or huckleberries In a medium bowl, mix pudding with milk. Stir constantly with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Add whipped topping and mix well. Layer mousse with berries in a serving bowl or individual parfait glasses. Be sure to save some berries for the top. This is ready to eat or you can refrigerate it and serve later.
