I tried messaging her about it, but got nothing back, so I gave it away to one of the girls on my floor.

I just got a facebook message today saying she was headed back up here to schedule classes for next semester, and was wondering if she could have her chair back.

....Fuck.

I tried asking the other girl for it back, but she's already got it packed up and in a truck headed to her place.

Damn, oh well, guess I'll just tell her I threw it out.  Whatever, she shouldn't have just left it stuffed in the closet, or at least she should have come back sooner in the semester looking for it, instead of waiting until the very end when I'm close to move-out.
