How do you motivate yourself to work out?

Are there any methods or inspirations that people have made work for themselves?

I know the obvious things... think of the results, just get off your ass, whatever... but I'm the kind of person who would much rather prefer to lay on the couch all day.  I love working out, but I can't get myself to go do it.

College has made it harder... I don't "have" to be in a sport, and I'm a lot busier than I was in high school.  But there's always time; I need some suggestions for how to get motivated.
