So just a few minutes ago my cursor was moving without me moving and it was saying i was backspacing and moving windows when I wasn't. Also, I hadn't before so it wasn't catching up to my actions.

this is extremely creepy and the computer started making a few weird noises like clicking sounds. How do I know if I have a virus and if I do how do I get it off?

might just be your computer fucking up. run an antispyware, and virus protection just incase, though, and also restart your computer.

Yeah, it sounds like a remote connection controlling your computer or a virus or spyware.

probably some sort of malware.  download&install&update&run MalwareByte's Anti-Malware to start.

To answer your question, though, to see all connections (assuming windows since it sounds like a virus problem...), start > run > type 'cmd' > type 'netstat -a'
