Right procrastination, we all do it. Trust me right now I should be tidying my room and sorting myself out for my exam on Wednesday but I'm not.

There are a number of things which can be done. They are:
  • Organise yourself, through making lists of things that need to be done that day, put them in priority of which should be done first and what is least important. This will help you have a main set focus of what needs to be done. If you have work with deadlines, put them in priority with how much time you need to do them and also when they are due in.
  • Have a reward, if you do 3 things on the list give yourself a reward, something small just to make you feel a sense of accomplishment. Seriously having a reward for doing something makes it all worthwhile. Also track how much you do in a week and then give yourself a big reward if you have met all your targets.
  • GET RID OF DISTRACTIONS yes I said it get rid of distractions. If you work well with music use MP3 to put in some headphones and work away, go to the library as there you can listen to music (as long as it doesn't disrupt others) and you will have resources if you need to study (I assume this is why you made this topic because you avoid work things). You won't have a TV to distract you, and you will be able to use computers if need be.

Here are just a few pointers. As you have not specified what it is you are avoiding to do I can't give you the best advice however if you want to PM me feel free my inbox is always open. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I hope the above points help you in some way.
