Are you making a transparent background? I dont know if you will be able to follow this but ill lay it out for you. Please dont ask me to elaborate its hard stuff and you should look up a tutorial.
After you cut it all out, select the magic wand tool, select the background,
right click, select inverse
Refine edge (set it the way you like it) click OK
Layers, new via cut
delete the backgroud layer
save for web and devices , make it a JPG
Hope that helps if its too far over your head you have a lot of keywords to plug into google now, adobe also has tutorials on it.
