This isn't too difficult to remedy. But you'll need to do regular "exercises" in touching these sensitive areas. For example, one session may include stimulating the head of your penis for a very short amount of time.
Eventually, after a few sessions, you may find these areas will become less sensitive/traumatic to touch.
