You can find older versions of it rather cheap on Amazon right now. If you're a beginner, the best version would be Photoshop Elements because they come with the basic tools and even some tutorials.

You can get torrents, but I would not recommend that. Search youtube because alot of the times, people actually buy them and provide others with copies of them for free. Thats how I got mine.
