Uh, I wear boxers, occsasionally with one of my boyfriend's shirts.
Sometimes I'll sleep naked if I'm wanting to get on said boyfriend's good side, or if it's hot.

I don't really have a definite type of clothes I sleep in. Sometimes I sleep in what I wore that day, sometimes pj pants and a tank top, sometimes just underwear, sometimes nothing. Depends on situation.

I used to never sleep naked. But with my boyfriend we both sleep naked - feels so good and natural.

But when I'm alone - his t-shirt, a hoody and some trackies :)
