I just got a macbook and downloaded the free trial of senuti to transfer all my music over. when i plugged in my ipod though i got the "do not disconnect" screen and nothing happened in itunes (i held down command and option when i plugged it in to avoid it synching with itunes). now my ipod is stuck on that screen and wont even restart. what do i do?

You should uninstall and reinstall the software. And you can try with any another software.
