Yeah, you can take iPods on the plane. I'm not sure about cameras though.

you can take ipods and cameras on, you just have to have them turned off during take off and until the plane reaches its cruising altitude, and then off again during landing.

1. yes i took 2 round trip flights per year for about 12 years.
2. yes you can take mp3 players, psp, ds...portable electronics are ok but they will make you turn them off during takeoff and landing.
3. im not sure about a camera, but my guess is sure.
