So i just got vista back after having problems with xp. I've installed steam again so i can play TF2 and whenever i launch it it will load up to a certain point then the window will just close.
Does anyone know how i can fix this?

Try the homepage of the program for suggestions/problems (and solutions) with vista.
Also, if it's an older program, you can set it to run off an older version of windows in control panel.

Turned both my anti virus and firewall off and no fix.

I tried that also, it said nothing about my problem just the fact that the vista service pack 1 sorted out most of the problems with it so i'm downloading that now.

I didn't work I'm going to try and re-install my graphic card drivers and hope that works.
