I smoked for the first time tonight...

I grew up around smokers in the family, but I've never actually smoked myself. Tonight I was out with friends and they offered me a clove cigarette. I took it (and several more regular ones throughout the night). Even though I know it's bad, I wanted to see what it was like. Now I know. I don't want to start smoking. So it's bad that I started; but good that I now know I don't want to be a smoker. A good learning experience and now I can put that behind me.

Yeah, I'm pretty much in the same situation.  I'll smoke every once in a while, but I'm not a huge fan of it and I don't want to get addicted.  I don't need to add that difficulty to my life.
