Yea most likely you will lose weight [[it will be muscle weight]] but you will still have fat and all that sugar/straches/carbs from the junk food will turn into excess fat, so lose muscle weight but still look flabby. You will be so unhealthy because junk food doesnt have vitamins or nutrition. Your body will be so weak if all you eat is junk food.

NO NO NO NO, you stupid little girl! That is the last thing you want to do in any kind of circumstance. You do not want to substitute any kind of junk food. It doesn't matter if you only eat certain amounts of calories of it--it's not the fucking calories, idiot. Junk food has a lot of fat, simple carbs, less complex carbs, lots of refined sugar and contains not a single ingredient good for you. When you want to lose weight it isn't about cutting back calories. Your body needs calories and carbs and minerals and nutrients. You'll just end up destroying your body this way and gaining a lot of weight. When you want to lose weight, you cut back on your calories, yes, but you should never go below 1,000 calories daily. Once you do, you're considered to have an eating disorder. When exercising to lose weight, your healthy caloric range should be 1,200 to 1,500 a day.
