And I literally mean crying for no known (or obvious) reason?

It doesn't happen all the time, but there are some points where for some reason I just start crying (typically at night).  I really hate crying, so I really hate it when this happens... and more than anything, I hate not understanding why my body does something.  So along with crying, I get rather frustrated, lol.  I typically blame hormones ^__^.

Lol, I have the same problem.  That's why it irritates me.  But again, that's why the crying happens at night for me.  Because there's no one there.
