when people refer to presentations as 'powerpoints'.

It pisses me off even more (but with a touch of desperate hilarity) when my IT teacher refers to the INDIVIDUAL SLIDES WITHIN THE PRESENTATION as powerpoints.

That really gets me as well. Not as much as 'a powerpoint', because most people here would say 'tissue', and at least 'an ipod' is an actual thing, but it still gets me.
