ok i have a really good friend. she is 14 turning 15. at home her life is so hard. shes always stressed out anymore, never wants to go home, and is always complaining about her dad's. now she already got taken away from her mom a few years ago because she drank too much and child services gave her to her dad. now his the only one she has and shes just miserable and has been getting worse. also child services got called again because her brother and dad got in a fist fight, but they decided to excuse it. anyways to get to the point, i talked to my mom and she said she would "adopt her" or take her in. is there any way to make this happen if her dad says no which he probably will? its just to stressful for her at home and its ruining her life. oh and if you need, its in az.
