Its a kyocera kx444 and i put the charger into it and it is flashing on and off and it has an hour glass on it and it has been charging for a while.. i am trying to hold down the button to turn it on and it wont..Help?

Take out the battery, put it back in and try again. If it still gives you the spinning hourglass, I'd call your service provider.
