well it really depends on what state the person is working in... i think in tx you can be 15 but you have to work like 14 hours of the week

Yes, plenty of places hire at fourteen like fast food and such, but read up on your restrictions, because while under sixteen, you can't work before 7am or past 7pm and so on.
