I understood your original post just fine.  It's the part where you tried to justify anything you said where things fell apart.  This announcement isn't rocket science.  There is no nude exchanging on LW.

I understand that you feel the need to debate every minute detail regarding policy issues, and your life isn't complete until you've made it clear that this site "isn't being run right", but give it a rest.
This isn't that complicated.

...yes....and my question is, why does the distinction matter here?  Nude (even artisitically) and pornographic photography aren't allowed so  I don't see why you are going on yet again in this topic about it.  You seem rather eager to create something to argue about.

We're not talking about this issue here, because it's not an image that's being used maliciously or to stir up sexual desires for another member. We're talking about members who cyber and pass out nudes like it's candy. Not posting semi nude images (or really nude) images in the name of art. That's a different topic for another day.
