this law only applies to members 17 and younger.

 

Considering the forum is mostly those 17 and under... we're making it sure nothing slips through, and have a full out ban, especially considering how serious it is.

its only serious if members under the age of 18 are doing this. periwinkle clearly takes the law out-of-context. though most legal adults should know what the law states, you should clarify that any exchanging of nood photographs using LW as the thrid party is a banable offense (regardless of age). not falsifying the law as its written.
