i have started for the last few weeks washing my hands alot, i have had a thing about touching that i though had germs on them for years, like avoiding door handles and whatever but it is getting worse i am washing my hands like 60 times or more a day and i can't really hide it that well. i have been counting my steps for about 4 months now. i have bin doing weird things b4 i go to bed for years now but it is getting longer and more complicated. my parents don't know but they know i have bin washing my hands a bit too much but they think i am doing it to annoy them! WTF!! i have bin avoiding touching nearly everything lately unless it is mine and i Can guarantee that no one else has ever touched breathed or whatever near it.. i have images of being murdered and other stuff like that which i do try to get rid of by counting or whatever... i count certain things but i don't think i am obsessed.
i am getting quite worried about my mental state.
have i got OCD?
