So...I'm pretty sure I have carpel tunnel it my hands, and between my elbows and shoulders. Does anyone know what it feels like and if it could actually be carpel tunnel?

If you've ever put your arm in freezing cold water for a long period of time and then it feels numb and heavy, but at the same time it kind of feels like a tingle when you hit your funny bone.  Yeah..that's what I've been feeling ALL day.

You can only have carpel tunnel syndrome in your carpal tunnel. So your wrist.

You more likely have tendinitis.

It's possible, but I suggest you just put up with it until the pain is unbearable.
The test they do to see if you have it is the most painful thing I have ever been thru, and I've been thru a lot as a drug addict.
The needle they use and how they wiggle it around hurts so bad.

Carpel tunnel is ONLY in your wrist. You probably have tendonitis in your elbow and shoulder.

What are the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome?

Symptoms usually start gradually, with frequent burning, tingling, or itching numbness in the palm of the hand and the fingers, especially the thumb and the index and middle fingers. Some carpal tunnel sufferers say their fingers feel useless and swollen, even though little or no swelling is apparent. The symptoms often first appear in one or both hands during the night, since many people sleep with flexed wrists. A person with carpal tunnel syndrome may wake up feeling the need to "shake out" the hand or wrist. As symptoms worsen, people might feel tingling during the day. Decreased grip strength may make it difficult to form a fist, grasp small objects, or perform other manual tasks. In chronic and/or untreated cases, the muscles at the base of the thumb may waste away. Some people are unable to tell between hot and cold by touch.

Carpal tunnel refers to the carpals of the hand, which are in your wrists.

Are you experiencing paresthesia (pins and needles) in the areas you talk about? It could be a million things, but I don't really think it's carpal tunnel.

I agree.

Sounds more like what I had, actually. Carpal tunnel is actually quite rare, but people always think of that.

Arthritis is joint inflammation, not between the joints. Besides, juvenile arthritis is incredibly rare.

Just rest the muscles and take it easy for a couple days. You'll be fine. Don't make a mountain out of a molehill.
