I am very overweight, obese. But I do not believe I have Compulsive Over-eating Disorder or Binging Disorder.

I have bulimia and something like anorexia, except I'm not skinny. I skip meals, believe that the less you eat the less you weigh, and binge/purge. Or at least, I used to. I'm recovering.

Is there anyone else who is overweight but skips meals, doesn't eat for days even?

I wish I could go for days without eating. But I do know people like that, excercise is the key.

I don't think you would be considered "obese". Overweight, definitely. not obese.

Not eating for extended periods of time will hurt you, and make you gain more weight when you DO eat.

Makes sense. Skipping meals, generally, tells your body to store fat in preparation for the next time you starve.

Couldn't really say about the other stuff.

Its very well proven that generally people who skip meals are much 'fatter' than people who don't, ironically!

You CANNOT have anorexia if you are not underweight
You cannot have Bulimia if you do not purge via vomiting, over exersizing, laxatives.

I never said I had anorexia, I just said I would starve myself.

And by bulimia, I mean fingers down throat until I puked, repeatedly, after eating, in my case.

Tbh this is just like me. I'm overweight but idk, i see eating disorders as something for skinny people? I'm a bit of a calorie counter, i count everything :/ and don't like to go over a certain amount. If i go over, i'll make up for it the next day by eating less. I don't go days without eating, my mum wouldn't let me do that, she'd make me eat.

If you're suffering with bulimia, i'd definitly go and see someone before it gets worse. Making yourself sick isn't healthy.
