i disgust myself. i want to die. i want to absolutely die. i went from 135 to 125 in two weeks and i KNOW i'm back at 128 now i just KNOW it. i disgust myself. i'm a failure and don't deserve to live because i can't even control myself. i woke up and had fiberonecereal, and then steamed spinach, then a little more cereal, and puked most of it up. then i had crackerscrackerscrackers, and then THREE pieces of pizza...i puked up one or two pieces, and then had two more. and a tablespoon of icecream. I hate myself and I really don't deserve to live. I'm disgusting and sickening by all definitions of the words and can't control my grotesque, fat, ugly, glutton of a 'self'. I am not 'me' anymore. I am a fat pig who shoves pizza in her mouth, until her stomach is distended. I am a disgusting, sickening, pig who doesn't deserve to live.

Calm down there. 128 is actually a nice average weight. You aren't disgusting for eating, in fact you eat LESS than I do. If you really feel that you are putting on too much weight, then control your eating habits by doing a sport or working out. Don't feel bad for eating three slices, don't feel back for eating any thing. It's just food. Just relax and stop being so down on yourself for your eating habits. Habits are hard to break but easy to work with gradually.

I remember when I was like that. I obbsessed over every little calorie. But I'm a lot better now. But yes I can relate to you.
