I was thinking that in a true Worker's Controlled Society there should not exist an Army. Instead there should be a National Guard to defend the Commune's in any case of an attack.
The National Guard of the Commune should only be set on defending its own self and not causing conflicts.
Do you feel in a Worker's Ran and Controlled society there should exist an National Guard or an Army?
