there is so much going on in my life... i am so incredibly tempted to "relapse" into cutting myself again. thinking of never doing it again makes me nauseous. i see the veins, in my legs and arms... my neck, my hips, and i need to see them destroyed.
goddammit i feel like shit.
how can i just ignore it all and get on with my life?

the rubber band actually doesn't help. i did it for a few days, and i was making giant welts, one of which eventually bled a bit, that my mother highly disapproved. (in other words, she confiscated it.)
