i want to stop focusing on how vulnerable i feel and just think about normal things. like everytime i talk to someone i automatically look at them and go 2 things: A) there's no way they are as fucked up as i am to understand what i would mean to say or B) well that was it. No one has my strange thoughts that i have everyday that i obsess on. it's driving my insane. what do you guys with OCD do?

actually that's 100$ my problem i feel like i have tourettes i can't stop whats going on in my mind and im afraid im gonna speak it. in public.
