Eat alot of boiled rice, pasta, noodles etc. Try to keep meat at a minimum. Drink alot of water and diet drinks. Also eat tons of fruit and vegetables and low fat yogurts. The weight should fall off.

And no offense LittleBombs, but this is stupid advice. Rice, pasta, and noodles will not make the weight come off. And more meat the better...its protein hunny. The fruit, veggies, and yogurt thing is good though. But do the opposite of the first. Try to keep carbs (pasta,noodles,rice) to a minimum and up your protein (meat, chicken, eggs ect) intake.

I am on a diet atm which consists of those things. I eat very little meat. And I lost 6 POUNDS in one week. And have continued to lose weight after that. So please don't tell me I am talking bull, cause I'm not. And to further prove myself, I know at least six other people on the same diet, who eat those things and the weight has just been dropping off.
