OK my dad's a real jerk at times. When he got home today, he noticed I had a snack and left a mess in the kitchen without realizing it. So he asked questions and then I failed to answer. I just couldn't speak, I was too scared he would hurt me. So he started yet another fight with me. He yelled in my sensitive ears about how dumb and ignorant I am. He acts like there is nothing I can't control, which is totally the opposite of true. I live with a mental condition that affects my life socially so of course I have things I can't help. My dad took away everything that makes me happy and calm, my music, stuffed animals, books and cell phone and put them in his secret hiding place. Also, he shoved his fist in my mouth and now is refusing to give me any dinner because I already had a snack! He said I don't care about my family, well why would I when they act like this? Please talk to me, I really need a good friend! I can't even eat dinner

You should talk with a counselor and see if you can stay with another relative (aunt, cousin, grandparent, etc) while things get worked out.
