where to begin on my venting..
there will be many spelling errors
umm well at my school they have this thing called teen screen, where they screen teens for mental illnesses I got depression and anxiety
i dont know what to think about ti
yes i cut
yes i am depressed, but I've been seeing a therapist but nothing seems to work
I've contimplated suicide a couple of times, but the only thing i would be willing to do is sit in the garage with windows closed or whatever. but no cars will fit in my garage... so this causes a dillemma
my therapist says that my extreme codependency is most likely causes by my parents being gone my childhood. do you ever feel lonely when your around people? I feel like i need constant affection to be satisfied. if not i have to beat myself up about it (litterally).
other things have contributed my brother is a heroin addict for one, and whenever i even look at him i start crying.. i litterally cant be in a room with him with out crying.. which makes me said as well
i wish he could have ended up doing something good for himself hes 20 no
and hes just a junkie
i dont think anybody would have guessed im so depressed, I mean I don't act like it. i kinda think the reason i were so much makeup ever day is cause i'm trying to hide something... you know? lblahh i worry too much
I just want somebody to tell me everything is going to be ok. thats what I need I swear adults never go through this kind of thing. not this kind of intense emotion. This is like my first time going on here if anybody wants to talk im down
I dont getting drunk is gonna make this any better, so maybe talking might help
