i went for a 1 hour and 23 minutes run and now my feet and calves are killing me the scales still say the same thing and my stomach STILL looks pregnant

Nice run! My legs are killing me too, but not because of a run. Since Monday, I've walked at least 30 miles, and I think my bookbag weight really started taking a toll on my by Thursday night, lol.
Give it time, if you keep up with exercise, you will see results. But it won't happen in a day :P.
