I hope this is assuming he would do to much to start getting hallucinations(most common being bugs that they try to pick out of there skin) and then not brushing his teeth. Because if you look at productive meth users like Robert Downy Jr and not bums, it's not the meth doing it.

Anyways, METH can change you and make you more confident and a more outgoing spontanous person thinking your on top of the world(at the time).
