I've been absolutely exhausted and stressed out lately and today I fell asleep with my boyfriend on his couch.

He woke me up and I got really startled and asked what was going on. He told me I was having some kind of nightmare.

I was speaking in French and when I started crying he woke me up.

I have no idea what the dream was about and he's really worried about me.
Also, I'm spending the night with him tomorrow, and I'm afraid I might have these dreams/nightmares again.

ok well tonight when you go to bed keep a notebook by your bed and if you wake up in the middle of the night write down everything you can remember about your dream.anything in your dreams could mean something.and take that information go to a site that explaons symbols in your dreams and put it all together like a puzzle.its probably a problem thats in your awake life.but it could also be you remembering a past life.

First off all, I'm not really into all of that stupid symbolism/past life dream crap.
Second of all - I KNOW my waking life is way too stressful and I have a lot of shit going on right now.
