i'm comfortable with alot of people, I have over come that but still sometimes, even with my closest friends, I can't speak, it's not because I'm scared, but I feel I forced from speaking it's not exactly because i'm shy has anyone ever felt this way

I recently realised that i am the only quiet person in my group of close friends: the other 5 are really loud and openly opinionated.
So often they just talk over me, and i listen to them instead.
